Perkes Hotel is located in the beautiful and green area of Laganas. The town of Zante is 9km away and the islands airport is 10km away. In a walking distance from the hotel you will find tourist shops, mini markets, cafes, taverns, clubs and bars. Also, the nearest beach is only 530m away. PLEASE NOTE All guests are charged with the overnight government stay tax. Our hotel charges 1.5 Euro per room and it is paid at the hotels reception. In order to avoid various damages within the hotel area and especially in the rooms caused by the guests there is a financial guarantee of 50 per room. This guarantee will be charged upon the arrival of guests and will be returned to them on their departure after the premises have been checked for any damages. t is strictly forbidden to use food and alcohol in the hotel rooms. Anything of the aforementioned found in the hotel rooms will be removed and will remain in custody and will be delivered to the customer upon departure.
